Welcome to our Website
We – Jeanne, John and our daughter Kassie – moved from Canada to England in February 2002. We took up residence in a medieval market town called Nantwich, which is about forty-five minutes south of Manchester airport and the same distance east of Chester, an older town than Nantwich.
In the four years we lived in England, we spent much of our free time travelling (and not only in the United Kingdom). This website is an attempt to chronicle our travels in the UK, specifically the various cities, castles, gardens and estates we visited. Now, back in Canada, it serves as a reminder of the great fun we had touring England and Scotland.
