About Us
MOMS Club® is a support group designed just for you, the stay at home mom of today. You are interested in a variety of activities for yourself and your children.
We schedule most of our activities during the day when you need the most support.
The Williamsville/Getzville chapter started in December 2003 with only a few Moms and has been growing ever since! We would love to have you join!
For more details about our group's activities and events, please check out our Activities.
If interested in becoming a member, review our Membership Information.
For information on starting you own chapter, or finding a chapter near you, visit the International MOMS Club website.
Hope to see you soon at one of our events.
Activities
Some examples of our activities include the following:
- General Business Meeting to help plan activities, discuss business items and to hear Speakers (for instance, a Police Officer to discuss safety).
- MOMS Night Out to give us a night out without the kids and to have a good time. We have gone to Shakespeare in the Park, Dinner and Cookie Exchange.
- Playgroups tailored to specific age groups. These groups are smaller and generally meet on a weekly basis.
- Community service projects (for instance, we visited the elderly at a senior citizens' home).
- Other monthly activities include Book Club/Coupon Exchange, Scrapbooking, Coffee Break and Walking Group.
We have fun and try to hold activities and events that cost very little or incur no cost at all — we know families tend to be on a budget!
Membership Information
Dues are $25 per year. You may attend two meetings (New Member Social or Monthly Business Meeting) before becoming a member.
