I have been working in the field of business communication for over fifteen years, initially as an intermediate writer for the technical writing consulting firm Technology Transfer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I then began working as a freelance consultant, specializing in the writing of business documentation, including training and instructional materials, technical software manuals and reference guides, as well as the editing, proofreading and desktop publishing of a wide variety of documents. Over the last several years, I have added website design, including content development, to my list of skills and services, as well as online documentation.
