I have been working in the field of business communication for two decades, initially as an intermediate writer for the technical writing consulting firm Technology Transfer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I then began working as a freelance consultant, specializing in the writing of business documentation, including training and instructional materials, technical software manuals and reference guides, and the editing, proofreading, and desktop-publishing of a wide variety of documents. Over the last several years, I have added website design, including content development, to my list of skills and services, as well as online help and embedded or context-sensitive help.
